Ginger Garlic Bok choy

Ginger is really great remedy that is known for its benefits to the digestive and immune system.

Le gingembre est un remède bien connu pour ses avantages aux système digestive et immunitaire.


This recipe was quick and so refreshing with what I would describe as a punchy flavour.

Ce recette était vite et rafraîchissant avec un goût énergétique.

You’ll need

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced 
  • 6 cups of fresh bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger, minced

et voila!
